I'm a member of the Restaurant Ware Collectors Network (RWCN) - www.restaurantwarecollectors.com - and a group of us has been putting together a directory devoted to pattern identification - www.restaurantwarecollectors.com/rwcnids/.

We're big fans like everyone else of H&H and have been trying to make sense of the three look-alike patterns used there: Marion, Nassau and Medallion. (For example, were those patterns exclusive to H&H or were they used elsewhere without the H&H backstamp?)

In addition, I was browsing through "The Automat" recently and saw two additional patterns: St. Elmo and what looks like Delmar, both by Syracuse.

If anyone knows anything about the H&H china, please post here or send me an e-mail (divided to avoid the spambots): ssp <at> email.unc.edu

Thanks!
