I'm hoping you can help me. The Cornell University School of Hotel Administration is working on the second edition of its hospitality industry history book. We are interested in including an interior, historic photo of a Horn & Hardart Automat in New York City. Could you please let me know how we can get an electronic copy (300 dpi)? We will also need permission to reprint, as well as to whom we should give photo credit.
I appreciate any help you can give me and look forward to your reply.
