I will add more as memories and word processing allow but I worked at the H&H across from Radio City Music Hall from 1964 to 1965 in the summer break from High School (Richmond Hill). From bussing tables, washing dishes, ladeling food on hot plates behind the steam table, unloding trucks of cakes and pies, behind the sandwich machine and running the to-go counter, it was a trip. I shall share as I can but an extreme thanks for the chocolate cup cakes, maccaroon cup cakes, dutch apple pie and the vanilla ice cream with the vanilla bean shell, ahh, I ate good. |
